within this site.
There are various
mediums of art I, or an Artist I know, have created that include
graphics/sketches involving abstract, themed, people, form study
and/or nudes. I, or Artist I know, created many of these from
pictures we were sent and with permission of the subject/author;
others are from simple thought application or public domain
pictures. All the Graphics/Sketches/Art within this site are the
sole property of Forest R. Johnson (or the artists I am allowing to
post in my Gallery). You may not reproduce these
Graphics/Sketches/Art without express written consent from Forest R.
Johnson himself, the artists I am allowing to post in my Gallery, or
an authorized representative(s) there of.
2. Freedom
of Artistic Expression
If you are offended
by the Freedom of Artistic Expression, nudity, or simple form study
work then please do not click on the graphics or sketch links. I
suggest you leave. Art that is not of my creation, but on my
domain(s) with my permission and knowledge there of, is hereby
covered by this Disclaimer and parts 1-5. If you have any problem
with artistic expressions which falls under ‘Freedom of Speech’,
read the Bill of Rights, I suggest the First Amendment: “Congress
shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or
prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of
speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to
assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of
grievances.”

Liable

view any of the art, you assume ‘full and total Liablilty/Responsibility
for your action(s), the action(s) of anyone using your computer(s),
including minors and adults, regardless of mental maturity or
capacity, to include but not limited to mental disability/stability.
Regardless whether such systems/computers are publicly or privately
owned, and with full knowledge of your activities and the activities
of those using described computer(s) and the purpose of that usage
thereof. This includes, but is not limited to the age of the user.
